7u7ai operates strictly as an 18+ platform. Players must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on the 7u7ai platform. This requirement applies to every player in Bangladesh regardless of their location, payment method, or device.

How We Verify Age

During the account registration and KYC (Know Your Customer) process, 7u7ai requires players to provide valid proof of identity and age. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued driving licence. Players are required to submit clear copies of these documents, and accounts that cannot be age-verified will be restricted until verification is complete.

Protecting Minors

If you share a device with family members — including teenagers or children — we strongly recommend that you log out of your 7u7ai account after each session and that you keep your login credentials strictly private. Do not share your username or password with anyone, and ensure that minors in your household cannot access your account.

If 7u7ai detects or receives credible information that a minor has opened or used an account, we will immediately close that account, void any transactions made, and return any balance via the original payment method where possible. We take underage gambling extremely seriously.

7u7ai provides a comprehensive set of player protection tools that you can activate directly from your account settings at any time. These tools are designed to help you set boundaries, maintain control over your spending and time, and prevent gambling from escalating beyond comfortable limits.

Self-exclusion is one of the most effective tools available to a player who feels that gambling is causing harm. When you self-exclude from 7u7ai, your account is immediately suspended and you will be blocked from accessing any games, placing any bets, or making any deposits for the duration of the exclusion period you choose.

How to Request Self-Exclusion

  Choose Your Exclusion Period Select from 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanent exclusion. Choose the longest period that feels appropriate — you can always contact us to extend the period later.

  Confirm Your Decision Review and confirm your selection. The exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

  Alternative: Contact Support If you cannot or do not wish to navigate the settings yourself, email [email protected] stating that you wish to self-exclude, and our team will apply the exclusion on your behalf immediately.

What Happens During Self-Exclusion

• Your account is immediately suspended and inaccessible.
• All marketing communications are ceased for the exclusion period.
• Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed normally.
• Any remaining balance will be held securely and returned upon request.
• Attempts to create a new 7u7ai account during the exclusion period will be detected and blocked.

After the Exclusion Period

If you chose a time-limited exclusion, your account will not be automatically reactivated at the end of the period. You must contact support to request reactivation, at which point we may ask you to complete a brief wellbeing review before access is restored. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

You do not have to face this alone.

Financial Support

If gambling-related financial difficulties are affecting your ability to manage everyday expenses, debt counselling services may be able to help. Many community banks and NGOs in Bangladesh — including BRAC Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank branches — have financial advisory services available for customers experiencing financial stress.
