These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7u7ai ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 7u7ai website located at https://7u7ai.app and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer products, and payment services.

By completing the registration process, accessing the 7u7ai platform in any capacity, or placing any real-money wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the following supplementary policies, which are incorporated herein by reference:

Access to and use of the 7u7ai platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age. 7u7ai strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 18. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. 7u7ai may request documentary evidence of age at any point, and failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension pending review. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds associated with that account will be voided.

Geographic Eligibility

The 7u7ai platform is designed and operated for players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is legally permitted under applicable local law. 7u7ai makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in all locations.

Personal Capacity

You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity and must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts on 7u7ai.

Non-Exclusion

You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 7u7ai or any other gambling operator from which you have self-excluded and which includes an obligation not to open accounts with related platforms. If you are enrolled in a self-exclusion programme, you must not attempt to register or use the 7u7ai platform during the exclusion period.

To access real-money betting and casino games on 7u7ai, you are required to register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate at all times.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 7u7ai platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different names, or in combination with other persons — is strictly prohibited. If 7u7ai identifies that a player holds more than one account, all accounts associated with that player will be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

Account Verification (KYC)

7u7ai operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as a standard requirement for all accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of bKash, Nagad, or bank account registered in your name)

7u7ai reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during your use of the platform. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Submission of fraudulent or altered documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will be treated accordingly.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your account. 7u7ai will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 7u7ai support immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied without delay.

All financial transactions on 7u7ai are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7u7ai supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for the convenience of players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on 7u7ai is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit amount, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 7u7ai account instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source will be reversed, and the account may be subject to review and suspension.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no active bonus wagering requirement applies to the balance requested for withdrawal.

7u7ai aims to process withdrawal requests within one to three business days of approval. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within minutes of processing approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three to five business days depending on the receiving institution.

Currency and Transaction Fees

All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in BDT. 7u7ai does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers may levy their own transaction fees, which are the sole responsibility of the player. Any applicable fees imposed by a payment provider will be visible within that provider's own app or platform at the time of the transaction.

Responsible Use of Funds

Players must only deposit funds that they can genuinely afford to lose. Gambling involves financial risk. 7u7ai strongly discourages borrowing money to fund gambling activity or using funds set aside for essential living expenses. 7u7ai offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made available.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only.
• Each eligible player may claim a specific promotional offer only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using the same or different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds that expire will be removed from your account automatically along with any associated winnings.
• 7u7ai reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Sports bets, live casino wagers, and slot games may contribute at different rates. Specific contribution rates will be published alongside each promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.

Bonus Abuse

7u7ai actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine participation in the games, using matched betting strategies to extract bonus value without risk exposure, and coordinating with other accounts to abuse referral or multi-account bonus structures. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated bonus balances and winnings voided and may be permanently closed.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 7u7ai platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games. Product-specific rules for individual games are provided within each game's help or information section.

Placing Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 7u7ai system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your selections, stake, and odds before confirming any wager. In the event of a technical fault or manifest error resulting in an incorrect price or market being offered, 7u7ai reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface at the time of play. 7u7ai reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players or across all players at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Void Bets and Cancelled Events

Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without resuming within a specified period, affected bets may be voided in accordance with the rules applicable to that sport and market type. Specific settlement rules for cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports are available within the relevant betting section of the platform.

Integrity and Prohibited Conduct

7u7ai is committed to betting integrity. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winnings:

• Placing bets using insider information, including knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in any game or betting interface to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or other artificial means to interact with the platform in a way that is not authorised.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing inconsistencies in a manner that is not consistent with normal recreational betting behaviour.

7u7ai cooperates with sporting integrity bodies and relevant authorities and reserves the right to share information regarding suspicious betting patterns where required to do so.

7u7ai is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing players with the tools they need to manage their gambling activity safely. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and apply to all player accounts.

Age Verification

7u7ai enforces a strict 18+ policy. All players are required to verify their age as part of the KYC process. Access to real-money gaming is not permitted until age verification is satisfactorily completed. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

Player-Controlled Limits

All registered players may request the following player-protection measures at any time by contacting 7u7ai support:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month in BDT.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per defined time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a minimum six-month self-exclusion, during which your account will be fully inaccessible for real-money play.

Requests to reduce limits, initiate cooling-off periods, or activate self-exclusion will be actioned promptly. Requests to increase limits or remove cooling-off restrictions are subject to a cooling-off review period before taking effect.

7u7ai takes its duty of care seriously. Players who contact 7u7ai expressing concern about their gambling behaviour will be treated with sensitivity and without judgment. The support team is trained to provide appropriate guidance and to refer players to relevant external support organisations where warranted.

7u7ai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including the one-account policy, the age requirement, or the prohibited conduct provisions.
• 7u7ai has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account has been used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The player has engaged in bonus abuse or any form of systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• The player's account shows activity that 7u7ai deems inconsistent with normal recreational gambling behaviour, including but not limited to professional arbitrage or syndicate betting.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement necessitates the restriction or closure of the account.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 7u7ai account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC requirements and the absence of any outstanding wagering obligations. Accounts subject to active investigation may not be eligible for immediate balance return pending resolution of the investigation.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account, all access to the 7u7ai platform will be terminated. Any bonus balances, free bets, or promotional credits that have not been converted to withdrawable funds at the time of closure will be forfeited. These Terms will continue to govern any remaining obligations between you and 7u7ai that pre-date the account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7u7ai shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, profit, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data arising from use of the platform or from technical faults.
• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform due to technical maintenance, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond 7u7ai's reasonable control.
• Errors or delays in the settlement of bets or casino game results arising from data feed failures or third-party provider outages.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 7u7ai's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Platform Availability

7u7ai makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available continuously. However, 7u7ai does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any loss arising from periods of downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled. Where possible, scheduled maintenance will be communicated to players in advance.

Third-Party Game Providers

Games on the 7u7ai platform are provided by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 7u7ai is not responsible for any malfunction, error, or dispute arising from the operation of third-party game software. Any such issue should be reported to 7u7ai support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.

7u7ai reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 7u7ai will take reasonable steps to notify registered players, which may include displaying a notification on the platform or sending a communication to the email address registered on the account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically and to ensure you remain aware of and in compliance with the current Terms.

Your continued use of the 7u7ai platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with the Account Closure provisions above.

Governing Principles

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 7u7ai with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any respect, that provision shall be severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms are drafted in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
